Booking links open with the conference dates already filled in. Change them on the hotel’s page if you are arriving early or staying on.

Room block rate is $132 per room, per night for a standard room, or $140 per night including continental breakfast. Rates exclude tax.
Taxes are 8.9% state tax plus 5.5% hotel occupancy tax. Tax-exempt organizations must provide completed exemption documentation to the hotel in advance.
Reserve by October 15, 2026. After that date unbooked rooms are released and reservations depend on availability at the prevailing hotel rate.
Check-in is 3:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM. Early arrivals are accommodated as rooms become available; departures after 11:00 AM may be charged a day-use fee.
Up to 4 guests per room. A $10 per night charge applies for each guest beyond two.
Cancellations must be received at least 24 hours before arrival. Later cancellations are charged one night of room and tax.
