What's the dress code? Business casual. Bring comfortable shoes for the walking tour and a light jacket — ballrooms run cold.

Are meals included? Yes — the Sunday welcome reception, breakfast both mornings, Monday's keynote luncheon, Tuesday's awards luncheon, and all break service are included with every registration category. Mobile workshops and guest tickets are separate.

Can I add a mobile workshop after I register? Yes. Sign in to the conference app and open Add-ons — your purchase attaches to your existing registration. Tours are capacity-limited and do sell out.

Can I get a refund? Full refunds through October 23; 50% through November 1; none after November 1. Substitutions are always free — just email us.

Is there a day rate? Contact us — we handle single-day attendance case by case.

How do I get my CM credits? Get scanned into each session at the door. See the AICP CM Credits page.
