Parking

Self-parking at the hotel is complimentary for all conference attendees, including day guests who are not staying overnight. Lot A wraps the main entrance; Lot B (overflow) is immediately north and is rarely needed before mid-morning.

There is a covered drop-off canopy at the main entrance for passenger loading and unloading.

Accessibility

All conference meeting space is on a single level and is wheelchair accessible, with no steps between the Century Ballroom, the education rooms, and the Ballroom Foyer.

• Accessible parking is available directly in front of the main entrance.
• Accessible restrooms are located adjacent to the Ballroom Foyer.
• Reserved seating is held at the front of every session room — ask any volunteer.
• Assistive listening devices are available at the Registration Desk for Century Ballroom sessions.
• Mobile workshops: the Woolaroc motorcoach tour is wheelchair accessible with advance notice. The downtown walking tour covers about one mile of sidewalk, and the trail ride requires riding a bicycle — contact us and we'll help you find the right fit.
• Dietary needs noted during registration are shared with catering; find a volunteer at any meal if something isn't right.
