Getting to the conference

Driving

• From Tulsa (45 min): US-75 North to Bartlesville, exit Frank Phillips Blvd, turn east. The hotel is on the right after Keeler Ave.
• From Oklahoma City (2 hr 15 min): I-44 East to Tulsa, then US-75 North.
• From Joplin / southwest Missouri (1 hr 45 min): US-60 West through Vinita and Nowata.

Flying

Tulsa International Airport (TUL) is roughly 50 minutes south. Rental cars are available at the airport; there is no scheduled shuttle service to Bartlesville, so carpooling with other delegates is common — post in the conference app to coordinate.

Once you arrive

Registration opens Sunday at 3:00 PM at the Registration Desk just inside the main entrance. All meeting space is on the lobby level: the Century Ballroom hosts plenaries and meals, with Plaza North, Plaza South, and Green Country running concurrent education sessions. Exhibits and breaks are in the Ballroom Foyer between them.
